Paid Courses
- Refund requests are eligible within 07 days of purchase, provided that:
- The course has not been completed or accessed beyond 20% of the course content.
- The user has not downloaded any substantial course material or certificates.
Subscription Plans
- Refunds for subscription-based services are eligible only if the service has not been accessed or utilized after purchase.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not provided unless explicitly stated.
Technical Issues
- If technical issues prevent access to the purchased course or content, users are eligible for a refund if the issue is reported within 3 days of purchase, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
Promotional Offers and Free Content
- Courses purchased under promotional discounts or bundled offers are generally non-refundable.
- Free courses are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the user changes their mind after accessing or completing the course.
- If the course was purchased through a third-party platform or reseller.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
